Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using StopScore, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.

Your content

You own the reviews, comments, and photos you post. By posting, you grant StopScore a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the service. Don't post anything false, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes others' rights.

Driver conduct

Reviews and parking updates must reflect real, first-hand experience. Spam, fake reviews, and abuse of other drivers or stop staff are grounds for removal and account termination.

Memberships and payments

Paid memberships renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your profile; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers

StopScore is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee the accuracy of reviews, parking status, or third-party information. Always use your own judgment on the road.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StopScore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
